Well, gee. It’s Monday morning and it’s just Sophia and I. Her daddy is in Afghanistan for awhile. I think this might be the toughest deployment yet. When we were in a Special Operations unit of the military, we had a tremendous amount of support.
Great Gift Idea: Glass Coaster Photo Art

Just a fun little project I did with some glass coasters. I took a photo of a place mat set I had, printed them out and inserted them in the coasters!
It’s a very easy project to do and makes a great gift. I received compliments on them each time my guests saw them. These ones from Amazon will hold a 3″x3″ photo or drawing. Just print, cut and insert them in the coaster’s photo placeholder.

There’s definitely no shortage of free stock photo sites out there. MorgueFile.com is one of my all-time faves. Their free, high resolution stock photos can be downloaded for free with minimal restrictions. Just be sure to read their licensing/terms of use. There’s also some wonderful forums including community, classroom, portfolios and more! I LOVE this place!
