I thought I’d open up my home and show you all the cute and beachy decor in my home.

How we ended up here in Palm Coast in the first place is a pretty cool story.
I’m going to blog about it in the next few days. It’s about a lady named Martha
and the ocean waves that were calling our names!

Almost all the decor in my house was here when we moved in. Basically, we leased
a vacation home to temporarily enjoy life by the beach. for awhile. We moved to
Florida from Austin, TX.

It’s so fun in my home! The only thing more beachy than my home is the beach itself!

The shadow was just right on one of my wrought iron candle holders. I really like this photo. I used this in my photography class for a project where we had to have one photo for each letter of the alphabet. It’s a fun way to spend a Saturday! Go around trying to spell out your name by taking photographs of objects and turning them into a letter!

As for the wrought iron candle holders, I’ve carted them all over the country and have owned them since forever… 1999 forever! I bought them at the Los Angeles Design Center and doubt I’ll ever part with them even when they are totally outdated and tacky in years to come! :-)
