My first trip outside of the U.S. and Canada was to Puerto Vallarta. My second trip was a 2 day layover in Kuala Lumpur on my way to Perth, Western Australia where I lived for 2 years. Kuala Lumpur was interesting. I met a girl on a business trip who showed me the local markets. Perth was like living in a land of old-fashion. The pharmacy was called a “Chemist” and there was no such thing as 24 hour shopping. The people were amazing. Bali, Indonesia was a place all its own. Many Australians choose Bali and Fiji as their vacation destination just as we in America choose Mexico as ours. More coming soon…
